Website and Quote Terms

These terms explain the use of FI Protection Studio's website and quote-request process. Any agreed service scope, price, scheduling or product-specific conditions will be confirmed separately before work begins.
Quote requests and booking
Submitting the form sends a request for review. It does not create a confirmed appointment, authorize work, charge a payment method or guarantee availability. Provide accurate contact and vehicle information so we can prepare a useful response. A preferred date is a request until we confirm it with you.
Prices, coverage and service scope
Website descriptions, starting prices if displayed, budget ranges and coverage diagrams are general guidance. Final pricing, taxes, included panels, preparation and service scope depend on the vehicle, condition, selected products and agreed work. We confirm these details before starting. If inspection reveals additional needs, any revised scope or price must be discussed and agreed before that additional work proceeds. The quote form itself does not collect payment; a reviewed invoice or payment link may be provided separately.
Vehicle condition and product suitability
Please disclose known paint repairs, damage, aftermarket parts, existing films or coatings, and other conditions relevant to the requested work. Final suitability and preparation may require an in-person inspection. PPF, windshield protection, tint and coatings have different purposes and limits; no product makes paint or glass immune to damage. Coverage diagrams are illustrative body styles, not measurements or an exact representation of your vehicle. Glass protection is a separate service from painted-panel PPF. Product restrictions, care instructions and any applicable warranty are confirmed for the selected service.
Changes, deposits and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change a request or appointment. Any deposit, cancellation condition, refund arrangement or completion estimate will be communicated and agreed as part of the actual booking or service agreement. This website does not impose a cancellation fee or non-refundable deposit merely because you submit a quote request.
Photos, files and acceptable use
Only submit files you are entitled to share and that are relevant to your request. You allow us and our service providers to receive, store and use those files to assess and handle your request; you keep your ownership rights. Uploading a file does not authorize its publication as advertising or portfolio work. Do not upload malicious files, use the website to harass others or attempt unauthorized access to the site or another person's information.
Website images and information
The site's design images and vehicle models are illustrative. Gallery items identified as reference images are examples, not a claim that a specific job was completed by FI Protection Studio. Actual project photos may be added to the gallery with appropriate permission. Colors, proportions and coverage may differ from the actual vehicle or result. Contact us to confirm details important to your decision.
Website availability and updates
Website availability may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. If a request or upload fails, retry or contact us to confirm receipt before assuming it was accepted. We may update website information and these terms; changes do not replace the terms of work already agreed with you. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
